Job Description

Overview

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for construction projects; carry out quantity take-offs and cost analysis based on drawings and specifications; assist in tender documentation, bills of quantities, and contract administration; evaluate subcontractor quotations and participate in price negotiations; monitor project costs, variations, and progress claims; support final accounts and cost reconciliation processes; coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors as required.
