Job Description

- Prepare tender BQ and tender documentation, project costing and contract administration.
- Assist in taking-off quantities and cost planning.
- To manage and coordinate pre-tender documentation, response to tender clarifications and amendments.
- Responsible on the price negotiation and comparison.
- Review the quotation for purchasing of construction materials.
- Prepare the budget and cost control of the project.
- To ensure proper documentation records and proper filing system is maintained at all times.
- To perform any other related duties that management may require from time to time.
- Check and verify claims from sub-contractors.
- Check and verify progress of project claims to clients.
- Liaise with sub-contractors, client, consultant and project team.
- Follow-up with project team on progress of work done at site.
