  • Prepare tender BQ and tender documentation, project costing and contract administration.
  • Assist in taking-off quantities and cost planning.
  • To manage and coordinate pre-tender documentation, response to tender clarifications and amendments.
  • Responsible on the price negotiation and comparison.
  • Review the quotation for purchasing of construction materials.
  • Prepare the budget and cost control of the project.
  • To ensure proper documentation records and proper filing system is maintained at all times.
  • To perform any other related duties that management may require from time to time.
  • Check and verify claims from sub-contractors.
  • Check and verify progress of project claims to clients.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors, client, consultant and project team.
  • Follow-up with project team on progress of work done at site.
