Job Description
Preparation of tender and contract documents for new projects as well as successful tender bids.
Assist in the overall administrative matters of various contracts and sub-contract works.
Attend site valuation and measurement based on work done on site and verify monthly claim which related to the project.
To liaise with client, subcontractors, consultants and other parties involves in all contractual related issues.
Independent & able to meet tight schedule.
Communicate with the management, contractors and sub-contractors on the adjustments to cost estimates to facilitate smooth transition of information.
Conduct the negotiations during the course of the project in order to ensure issues are resolved.
Control project scope to meet project objectives in order to enhance project deliverables and key work activities.
