Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction and Interior Design projects
• Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitoring project costs and providing regular financial reports to stakeholders
• Identifying and mitigating potential cost risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Advising on the most cost-effective construction methods and materials
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery
