JOB
DESCRIPTION:

  • • Prepare
    and ensure timely submission of Contractors Monthly progress claim
    and sub-contractor’s certificate for International (Saudi project)
    building works.
  • • Assist the Assistant Contract
    Manager to prepare reports and variation
    orders.
  • • Prepare final accounts of main
    contract and sub-contracts.
  • • Implement cost
    control procedures.
  • • Responsible in taking off
    quantities and calling for quotations.
  • • Check
    quantity and advise purchaser on materials to be
    ordered.
  • • Carry out other job assignments as
    and when required by the immediate superior

  • To participate in tendering for new projects.

  • Prepare Tender Documents including BQ and cost
    estimation.
  • • Review and analyse cost studies
    and budget.
  • • Evaluate tenders from
    contractors/sub-contractors.
