DESCRIPTION:
- • Prepare
and ensure timely submission of Contractors Monthly progress claim
and sub-contractor’s certificate for International (Saudi project)
building works. - • Assist the Assistant Contract
Manager to prepare reports and variation
orders. - • Prepare final accounts of main
contract and sub-contracts. - • Implement cost
control procedures. - • Responsible in taking off
quantities and calling for quotations. - • Check
quantity and advise purchaser on materials to be
ordered. - • Carry out other job assignments as
and when required by the immediate superior - •
To participate in tendering for new projects. - •
Prepare Tender Documents including BQ and cost
estimation. - • Review and analyse cost studies
and budget. - • Evaluate tenders from
