Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required, and labor involved.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise the construction projects.
  • Seek funding sources and submit bids.
  • Contract administration, including tendering and procurement.
  • Value engineering and cost control.
  • Prepare and maintain documents like contract bills and claims.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction management or quantity surveying.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
