Responsibilities
- Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required, and labor involved.
- Plan, organize, and supervise the construction projects.
- Seek funding sources and submit bids.
- Contract administration, including tendering and procurement.
- Value engineering and cost control.
- Prepare and maintain documents like contract bills and claims.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction management or quantity surveying.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
