We are representing our established client in civil engineering construction industry. They are specialize in constructing road, bridges, airport road and maintenance of highway. As they continue to expand, they are looking for suitable candidate to join them as Quantity Surveyor
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and administers formal bids and proposals, negotiate and finalize terms of agreements with vendors, negotiate local supply contracts, issue request for tenders and proposals for acquisition of professional services
- Interfaces with internal department and personnel as well as outside agencies to resolve materials supply issues or concerns and exchange information
- Prepare bill of quantities as per approved rate and budget
- Control and monitor expenses within the budget, assure fiscal responsibility and cost consciousness
