Job Description

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or any related field

2 to 4 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying in the construction field

Knowledge in Pre and Post Contract process

Experience working with Autocad and validating quantities from the given drawings

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with negotiation abilities

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the client requirement and quantities taking off
  • Prepare and submit tender proposals
  • Manage the valuation of work done and handle claims and variations
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claim, sub-contractors claims, final accounts
  • Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the construction process
