Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation of tender submissions, BOQs, cost breakdowns, and pricing summaries;
  • Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify scope, risks, and cost implications;
  • Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for comparison and compliance;
  • Compile and prepare technical-commercial proposals for submission;
  • Maintain cost database, vendor records, and tender tracking logs;
  • Prepare interim progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts;
  • Verify subcontractor claims, quotations, and payment applications;
  • Conduct cost analysis and track project budgets against actual expenditures;
  • Support the preparation of contractual correspondences, claims, and EOT justifications;
  • Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams for cost and contract reporting;
