Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of tender submissions, BOQs, cost breakdowns, and pricing summaries;
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify scope, risks, and cost implications;
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for comparison and compliance;
- Compile and prepare technical-commercial proposals for submission;
- Maintain cost database, vendor records, and tender tracking logs;
- Prepare interim progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts;
- Verify subcontractor claims, quotations, and payment applications;
- Conduct cost analysis and track project budgets against actual expenditures;
- Support the preparation of contractual correspondences, claims, and EOT justifications;
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams for cost and contract reporting;
