Job Description

Responsibilities
Measure quantities and prepare detailed take-offs for construction projects.
Obtain quotations, liaise, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
Prepare and analyze cost comparisons for procurement and tender purposes.
Manage and resolve progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
Evaluate and certify subcontractors' progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
Attend site meetings to document variation claims and prepare interim valuations and potential variation works.
Liaise with Clients and Consultants on all contractual and cost-related matters.
Undertake other duties and related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Preferably with past experience in main contractor HDB projects.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience with main contractors.
