QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description & Requirements

• Involve tender preparation and submission.
• Prepare contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials.
• Read and understand contract requirements and specifications.
• Check for discrepancy and raise tender query.
• Attend site showround at job sites to assess and project future work requirements.
• Negotiate rates with contractors and sub-contractors.
• Brief Project team after project awarded.
• Maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of field experience in tendering and quotation.
• Able to work independently, team player with positive learning and positive working attitude.
• Able to work under tight deadline with less supervision.
