You will manage pre- and post-contract quantity surveying activities to support project delivery, ensuring accurate cost control and contract compliance within stipulated timelines.
Responsibilities
Administer pre- and post-contract processes to ensure compliance and effective contract management
Prepare detailed tender cost submissions by pricing, quantity take-offs, and cost evaluations to support competitive bidding
Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate quotations with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize project costs
Measure and quantify materials and work accurately to inform cost assessments and contract documentation
Prepare Variation Orders, claims, and final accounts to manage contract changes and financial closure
Draft and manage subcontract agreements and process subcontractor payments to maintain smooth project operations
