Roles & Responsibilities:
Attend tender site showrounds and interviews.  
Prepare of tender documents, cost planning control and budget estimation for tender submission
Responsible in evaluating tenders, cost, manage contracts and advise on contractual matter.  
Obtain quotations, make comparison, and negotiation for award of subcons/suppliers.
Prepare subcons/suppliers subcontract agreement.  
Evaluate and certify subcons/suppliers payment.  
Prepare on site evaluation for submit variation and Progress claims    
Identify variation orders and submit accurate cost implications, spread sheets and formation of sub-contract documents and conditions.  
Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuation, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, finalization of accounts
