Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender pricing
Carry out quantity take-offs and measurement for demolition and earthworks
Prepare and submit progress claims, variations, and final accounts
Monitor project costs, cash flow, and cost forecasts
Evaluate subcontractor claims and assist with payment certification
Support contract administration in accordance with contract requirements
Maintain proper documentation and cost records
Attend site meetings and coordinate with site teams for measurements and valuations
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Basic knowledge of construction cost management and contract administration
Familiar with quantity measurement, costing, and progress valuation
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Able to work both in office and on site
