Circet are currently on the market for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong Civils and Rail project work experience.



As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting the Commercial Manager in implementing commercial reporting systems and procedures to maximise commercial benefits of all responsible contracts, with particular focus on risk mitigation, pricing of variations, detailed cost management and day-to-day management of contracts or a portfolio of contracts.



Responsibilities include:

Overseeing cost-analysis and estimating process against an agreed Schedule of Rates.

Preparing Activity Schedules, Resource Schedules & analysis tender documents.

Reviewing complex contract programmes.

Assisting with the preparation of delay and disruption programmes.

Monitoring subcontract activities, measure and respond appropriately.
