About the Role:
We are partnering with a tier one property services contractor to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Surbiton. This role will focus on delivering social housing reactive maintenance projects, working closely with clients and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery and financial control.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prepare cost plans, valuations, and final accounts for social housing maintenance projects.
Undertake commercial management of contracts, including measurement, pricing, and reporting.
