Responsibilities

  • Prepare sub-contractor claim, progress claim, final account, and valuation of contract work
  • Prepare the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and perform precise cost estimations for tender submissions
  • Responsible for procurement of building material and negotiation with suppliers/sub-contractor
  • Prepare for measurement, taking off of provided drawings
