• Basic $3,000 to $4,500 depends on experience.
• 5.125 Days. 830am-530pm. Saturday 830am to 12pm. (One Saturday Per Month)
• Location: 6 Tuas Avenue 11, S
• No AWS, VB depends on performance
• 14 Days, +1 every year till 17 days.

Responsibilities:

• Scope covers procurement, contracts, cost control, cashflow, project budgeting, project administration, claims, cost analysis etc.
• Tabulate quantities, estimate cost and request for quotation
• Knowledge of construction products and costings
• Updating contract documents, drawings, and correspondences
• Submission of progress claims and site valuations
• Preparation of Variation Order for submission
• Liaise with subcontractors and clients
• Liaise with project team for those material purchased directly to maintain, track and update the balance to be purchased
