Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Carry out all aspects of works related to Project Quantity Surveyor.

• Attend site survey, tender briefing, clarification and coordination with client.

• Involve in taking off measurement, sourcing for quotation and costing analysis.

• Responsible for purchasing of material and planning of logistics and delivery

• Understanding of contractual terms and conditions, including Bill of quantities

• Responsible for prepare sub-contract agreement, prepare and assess claim cert & payment to sub-contractor.

• Submission of monthly progress claim and progress report to client and resolve clarification.

• Ensure the construction project is completed within its projected budget.

• To attend site meeting and progress claim meeting.

• Responsible for all project administrative works.
