About the Role
The role involves managing both pre-contract and post-contract phases of construction projects, ensuring accurate cost estimations, and maintaining financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Pre-contract (Pre-construction) phase
Prepare and Review tender documents for accurate bids.
Prepare cost estimations for labor, materials, and equipment.
Liaise with contractors to define project requirements.
Post-contract (Construction) phase
Monitor and control project costs to ensure everything remains within budget.
Analyze and forecast project costs, and report on financial performance.
Visit construction sites to assess progress, inspect work, and value completed work.
Manage and review contracts with contractors/subcontractors before final LOI is issued by concerned Officer.
Process payments, claims, and variations, and negotiate changes with various parties.
