Quantity Surveyor

About the role

As a Quantity Surveyor at Bestlink Construction Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial aspects of construction projects. This full-time position based in the Woodlands North Region is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects that meet budgetary and timeline requirements.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and analysing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documents
• Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitoring and controlling project costs, identifying potential savings and efficiencies
• Maintaining accurate records and providing regular financial reports to the project team
• Resolving contractual and commercial issues that arise during the construction process
• Collaborating with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery
