About the role

This is a full-time Quantity Surveyor role with Decormark Design Pte. Ltd., located in the Woodlands North Region. You will be responsible for handling quantity surveying tasks like preparing quotes and tenders, managing costs, sourcing materials, handling claims and variations, and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and the project team Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and bills of quantities.

• Prepare and submit tender
• Source & Procure required material and negotiate with suppliers & sub-contractors
• Manage tender administration
• Evaluation of variation submission, price comparison, and costing summary
• Preparation of monthly progress claims to the customer
• Prepare/ verification/ upkeep of project variation work and site instructions
• Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings
