Quantity Surveyor/Contract Executive

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will manage project costs and help ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Measurement & Taking Off – Calculating quantities and comparing measurements from drawings, BQ, specifications, etc. to support cost estimation, tendering, and project planning.
• Estimate & Manage Costs – Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment; monitor expenses throughout the project.
• Contract & Tender Preparation – Develop tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities with input from clients and architects.
• Subcontractor & Vendor Management – Hire, coordinate, and oversee subcontractors to ensure work aligns with project budgets and schedules.
