Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to support high-level commercial, pre-contract, and forensic cost work across major construction, infrastructure, and resources projects.

This role goes beyond traditional estimating or QS functions. You will contribute to tendering, variation pricing, claims preparation, and Extension of Time (EOT) assessments , as well as support dispute-resolution and forensic quantity surveying work used in arbitration or expert witness matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a QS or Estimator with strong technical foundations who is looking to expand into forensic QS, claims, and disputes advisory , while continuing to work on complex, high-value projects across multiple disciplines.
