Stones supply and installation Company looking for Quantity Surveyor/Project Co-Ordinator

Work scope:

-  Prepare and analyze cost comparison for tender and projects.

­ - Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.

­ - Responsible for measuring quantities, cost estimation, taking off and submission for tender and projects.

­ - Prepare variation orders, claim, final accounts, settlements and sub-contractor payments.

­ - Responsible for material order processing and cost control.

­ - To attend site meeting and submit progress claims.

­ - Prepare and arrange daily delivery, liaise with factory/production and prepare delivery order and liaise with site/main con for delivery to meet project schedule.

­ - Upon completion of each project, to monitor the respective project during the defect liability period.
