Qilimanjaro Quantum Tech is looking for a Quantum Measurement Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and characterization of superconducting quantum devices. This role involves working closely with both the hardware and software teams to ensure smooth operation, calibration, and control of our quantum processors. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on problem solver with strong analytical skills, a solid physics background, and an interest in advancing quantum technologies.

• Collaborate with the software team to develop necessary tools for controlling and reading quantum devices.
• Assist in both manual and automated calibration processes for quantum processors going into production.
• Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Physics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
• Experience in transmon (or fluxonium) measurements is highly desirable.
• Experience working with superconducting devices or other quantum computing platforms.
• Programming experience (Python or other relevant languages).
• Familiarity with control systems and hardware calibration techniques.
• Work will be primarily onsite, with possibility for remote work during the week.
