Quarry Manager

We are looking for a Quarry Manager to join our team in Lynchburg, VA. The Quarry Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for the front-line management of daily operations at our Boxley Lawyers Road facility. This position ensures that all aggregate production, maintenance, and shipping activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and values. You will lead a team of approximately 15 employees, fostering an environment of integrity, accountability and continuous improvement while meeting safety, production, quality, and environmental targets.
