About the Role

Located between Capella and Emerald, QLD

$42.30 p/hr + 4 weeks annual leave

2:1 roster - day shift only

FIFO from Brisbane + Meals and Accommodation

Key Responsibilities

  • Loading multi-combination trucks
  • Operating Quarry Plant Equipment
  • Adherence with all legislative, safety, client, site, plant and operational requirements/procedures
  • Conduct pre-start checks including documenting and raising any concerns
  • Ensure all repair and maintenance requests are completed and documented correctly

About you

  • Proven experience operating a Loader, ideally in the Quarrying or Mining industry
  • Basic knowledge of Quarry operations (desirable)
  • Front End Loader, Excavator, Haul Truck, and Water Truck experience/tickets (desirable)
  • Be mechanically minded
  • Pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing
