About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting for our US-based group of
companies. This is a full-time, office-based role in Hyderabad / Ahmedabad with working hours
aligned to US Eastern Time (EST).
Key Details
• Location: Hyderabad / Ahmedabad (In-Office)
• Work Hours: US Eastern Time Zone (EST) – typically 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
• Reports To: CFO / Finance Director (US/ India)
• Experience: 2-5 years in US accounting
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting in Quick Books Online (QBO) for multiple US entities
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and expense categorization
• Prepare and review monthly Profit & Loss (P& L) and Balance Sheet (BS) statements
• Process and reconcile payroll entries; ensure alignment with payroll provider reports
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles
