Role Overview

We are looking for a Quick Commerce Lead to spearhead our presence across all quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart ,etc.). This is a people manager role where you will drive growth, manage a team, and own the P&L; of the channel .


You’ll play a key role in building a 1-to-10 business , identifying new opportunities, and ensuring Nat Habit is future-ready in the fast-evolving quick commerce space.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own top-line and bottom-line for the Quick Commerce channel; deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Lead and mentor a team to drive flawless execution across platforms.
  • Manage partnerships with all quick commerce platforms; drive visibility, discoverability, and engagement.
  • Identify and unlock new opportunities within the quick commerce ecosystem to accelerate business growth.
  • Ensure smooth operations across listings, promotions, campaigns, and platform hygiene.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and take data-driven decisions to optimize revenue and margins.
  • Build long-term strategies to strengthen our quick commerce presence and stay ahead of competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, category management) to deliver results.


What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3–6 years in E-commerce / Quick Commerce / FMCG , with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.

  • Highly execution-focused and result-oriented
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team
