Situation
I am a 1099 independent contractor and am currently under contract to purchase a home. The mortgage underwriter is requesting a CPA letter confirming that:

• My 1099 income is stable and ongoing

• My income level supports the agreed-upon mortgage loan

• There is no material risk to my ability to repay
