I am an accountant seeking a highly experienced **QuickBooks Online specialist** with deep knowledge of **Square integration and bank feed reconciliation**.
We process a significant volume of transactions through Square and require a technically proficient professional who can ensure that all Square payouts are properly recorded, deposited, and matched within QuickBooks Online.
This role is focused on accuracy, system structure, and clean reconciliation — not basic bookkeeping.
Primary Responsibilities
• Review and evaluate current QuickBooks + Square integration setup
• Ensure Square transactions flow correctly into QuickBooks
• Accurately record gross sales, processing fees, refunds, and net deposits
