Job Description
**SUMMARY**:
Under general supervision, the Quotation Specialist supports our national corporate accounts by cross-referencing customer provided information with our historical product data to identify market basket opportunities. This role ensures we have a sufficient margin on products that are price fixed for a specific time period.
**JOB DUTIES**
- Prepares the customer's data to fit within our system standards.
- Cross-references customer data with our market basket tool to pull historical cost data on products.
- Obtains quoted costs from suppliers.
- Submits finalized data to be reviewed.
- Performs other duties as assigned. Reviews and manipulates customers' data in various Microsoft Applications.
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and zero (0) to three (3) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES**
- Ability to use Microsoft Office.
