Quotations Specialist

Job Description:

Service and Deficiency Quotes – approx. 60% of workload:

• Manage all deficiencies reported by our field technicians and convert them into opportunities to quote.

• Manage all client quote requests

• Determine the required labour, parts, equipment, and other costs - working with the team and our

vendors.

• Determine the appropriate mark-ups and overheads based on company goals and working with management.

• Create compelling quotations using company software

Bid and Specification Quotes – approx. 10% of workload

• Determine the labour, parts, equipment, and other costs required by performing labour, material, and equipment take-offs based on contract bids, quotations, schematic drawings, and specifications.

• Negotiate, record, and compare bids from multiple vendors.

• Acquire and organize all information from suppliers for estimates.
