**Position**: Quote Services Associate

Arrow Electronics is looking to hire a Quote Services Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, MX!

**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Data entry of customer quotes (does not create quotes, only enters and prepared the data).
- Scrubbing of part numbers for accuracy.
- Monitor quote process daily.
- Communicate quote status on customer due date and advise sales to markup quote for customer.
- Monitor pending quote items for completion, notify sales for markup, download into customer format and prepare for sending.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Typically requires a 2-year degree and 1- 2 years of experience or equivalent related experience.
- Industrial, Electronic, or Systems Engineering education and/or experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
