The R&D Engineer needs expertise in the development and manufacturing of Home Appliances to provide better value to its customers and must be able to conduct research and development based on analytical thinking and market understanding. The R&D Engineer should be able to assist understand the flow of production, manufacturing and sales of the developed parts or products in identifying, reviewing and resolving problems from a customer perspective. And to make predictions and preventive design of the problems that occur at each stage.
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Effective deployment and management of resources needed to achieve project goals.
- Design and develop products from concept through design, qualification, and production.
- Formulate and adhere to standards and procedures for Product Development.
- Use CAD models, 3-D Surface Models, and physical prototypes to show design intent and feasibility of concepts.
