Job Description



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pilot Plant R&D Officer to support the execution of pilot-scale operations for Personal Care product development. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Automation, R&D/ factory operations, machine handling and preventive maintenance, inventory management.











Key Responsibilities

+ Manage raw material (RM) ordering, inventory control, and logistics for pilot trials

+ Support re-processing of semi-finished and finished goods

+ Handle labelling, coding, packing, and dispatch of samples

+ Execute pilot plant batches and support end-to-end lab and plant processes

+ Operate and maintain personal care product machinery (e.g., mixers, plodders, conveyors)
