Designation

• Bangalore and Pune

Work Mode

• Hybrid

Shift Timing

• 3 PM – 12 AM (must be flexible to work night shifts during month end)

Compensation

• Analyst: Up to 5.5 LPA (including 4% variable)

• Sr. Analyst: Up to 9 LPA (including 6% variable)

Education

• Any Finance/Commerce Graduate (mandatory)

Role Overview

We are looking for highly motivated Finance/Commerce professionals with hands-on experience in Record to Report (R2R) and Reconciliation processes. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, possess strong accounting knowledge, and demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation of General Ledger, Bank, and Intercompany accounts .

• Review reconciliation accounts and investigate variances.

• Perform month-end activities including preparation and posting of journal entries.

• Manage and clear open items; ensure timely stakeholder communication for aged items.

• Maintain high accuracy and compliance in reconciliation processes.

• Assist Reporting Officer with internal and external audits , providing documentation and addressing queries.

• Update and maintain SOPs, error logs, and relevant process documentation .

• Conduct process training sessions for new and existing team members.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation .

Required Skills & Experience

• Analyst : 1–3 years of experience in R2R and reconciliation.

• Sr. Analyst : 3–5 years of experience in R2R and reconciliation.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.

• Hands-on experience with month-end closing and reporting activities .

• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, formulas).

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet tight reporting deadlines.

• Proactive team player with strong problem-solving ability.
