Compensation
Analyst: Up to 5.5 LPA (including 4% variable)
Sr. Analyst: Up to 9 LPA (including 6% variable)

Any Finance/Commerce Graduate (mandatory)

Role Overview
We are looking for highly motivated Finance/Commerce professionals with hands-on experience in Record to Report (R2R) and Reconciliation processes. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, possess strong accounting knowledge, and demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Perform reconciliation of General Ledger, Bank, and Intercompany accounts.
Review reconciliation accounts and investigate variances.
Perform month-end activities including preparation and posting of journal entries.
Manage and clear open items; ensure timely stakeholder communication for aged items.
Maintain high accuracy and compliance in reconciliation processes.
Assist Reporting Officer with internal and external audits, providing documentation and addressing queries.
Update and maintain SOPs, error logs, and relevant process documentation.
Conduct process training sessions for new and existing team members.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Required Skills & Experience
Analyst: 1–3 years of experience in R2R and reconciliation.
Sr. Analyst: 3–5 years of experience in R2R and reconciliation.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
Hands-on experience with month-end closing and reporting activities.
Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, formulas).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet tight reporting deadlines.
Proactive team player with strong problem-solving ability.
