Acara Solution is seeking a Radiation Effects Engineer for our client, located in
Scottsdale, AZ

A successful candidate will lead technical efforts to ensure our space systems meet performance objectives in intense radiation environments. -
This includes effects due to both natural space and nuclear radiation environments. -
Ensure mission success through proactive technical engagement and innovation.-
Drive technology, capabilities, and their integration into roadmaps and products.-
Validate and establish new engineering processes for radiation effects.-
Mentor junior engineers and team members.-
Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others.
Required Skills / Qualifications:-Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Science or Engineering or Mathematics with 15 years of experience.-Minimum 15 years of experience with integrating commercial technology into high-reliability, high-availability space systems.
