About the Role

The Senior System Engineer-RF/Microwave will be responsible for RF test and validation, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of RF and microwave fundamentals, with emphasis on electromagnetic wave propagation, reflection, absorption, and shielding concepts.
• Hands-on experience with RF test and measurement instruments, including Vector/Scalar Signal Generators, Vector/Scalar Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and Signal Analyzers.
• Experience in S-parameter measurement and analysis (S11, S21) for characterization of anechoic chamber absorber materials, including reflectivity and insertion loss measurements.
• Working knowledge of anechoic chamber concepts, including absorber types (pyramidal, wedge, hybrid), chamber performance parameters, and measurement setups.
• Hands-on experience using ADS and/or Microwave Office/or HFSS for S-parameter analysis, modeling, and correlation with measured results.
• Experience in preparing and executing test plans and test procedures for anechoic chamber material testing as per relevant standards, and analyzing test data for compliance.
• Ability to set up RF test fixtures, calibration (SOLT/TRL), and measurement environments to ensure accurate and repeatable results.
• Documentation of test results, observations, and conclusions in formal test reports.

Qualifications

B.E/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication or Equivalent.

Required Skills

• Must Have US Work Permit.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in RF test and validation.
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance testing.
