Radio Frequency Optimization Engineer (Relocation to Spain)

Reporting to the customer’s management team, this role focuses on optimising multivendor 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G sites to meet defined network quality targets while reducing optimisation‑related costs on the network. The position is responsible for initiating and delivering quality and performance programmes or activities aimed at continually enhancing the end‑customer experience.

• Produce radio optimisation plans to achieve quality targets for area of ownership
• Undertake proactive radio network investigations and support wide‑area projects
