about the role

We are seeking a dedicated RF Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing RF circuit boards and systems, coordinating with fabrication and assembly teams, and supporting system integration efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RF test equipment and a solid understanding of RF concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with fabrication and assembly teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely output
• Perform testing of RF boards and modules using industry-standard RF test equipment
• Generate detailed test reports and documentation using MS Office tools
• Support system-level integration and assist with debugging and validation
• Apply troubleshooting techniques for hardware and test-related issues
• Ensure quality control throughout the testing lifecycle
• Travel to vendor, partner, or client offices as needed to oversee testing or integration tasks
• Maintain a positive attitude and take full ownership of assigned tasks
• Learn and adapt to evolving tools, technologies, and development methodologies

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in RF board testing
• Strong understanding of RF systems, including Up/Down Converters and Amplifiers
• Proficient in operating Spectrum Analysers, Network Analysers, Oscilloscopes, and Signal Generators
• Familiarity with board fabrication and assembly workflows
• Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Smart, quick learner with the ability to take initiative
• Willingness to travel as per project needs

Employee status and commitments

• Permanent full-time position located at our Hyderabad office, with regular on-site visits to clients and vendor locations.
• Overtime may be necessary to ensure the timely delivery of client projects.
• Weekend work is uncommon but may occasionally be required.
