Job Summary: Working under the general supervision of the service manager, this position involves system design, troubleshooting, programming, and installations of 2-way and wireless communications systems. The primary responsibilities include optimizing, maintaining, and repairing complex radio systems and 911 communications centers for customers. This role does not have any supervisory responsibilities. Essential Functions: -Provide positive and efficient customer support by diagnosing, troubleshooting, discussing, and resolving wireless communication equipment questions and problems.
