Radiologic Technologist (Start ASAP)

The Radiologic Technologist provides technical assistance in conducting prescribed radiologic examinations including MRI, CT scan, mammography, and ultrasound.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Validate doctors’ instructions on the type of examination to be done; set schedules and coordinate preparation with patients and nursing staff.
• Perform radiologic procedures such as MRI, CT scan, mammography, and ultrasound; insert line with IV injection if contrast is needed.
• Ensure preventive measures to protect assisting relatives from radiation hazards.
• Assist Radiologist/Sonologist in interventional studies like abdominal and chest biopsies, paracentesis, and thoracentesis.
• Process exposed films, check radiographs, and submit outputs for Radiologist interpretation.
• Adhere to institutional guidelines on safety and infection control.
• Perform other related duties as required.
