Overview

Kelowna General Hospital (KGH) is seeking a diagnostic radiologist with fellowship training to join our team of 16 diagnostic and interventional radiologists.

Facilities and Equipment

We have four CT scanners and two MRIs, including a 3 Tesla magnet. A department expansion is underway to add two new MRI units, a brand‑new interventional fluoroscopy suite, digital mammography and a PET scanner located at the adjacent BCCA. We are the only IH site performing MRI‑guided breast biopsies.

  • CT scanners – 4 units
  • MRIs – 2 units (one 3 Tesla)

  • Digital mammography
  • PET scanner – adjacent BCCA

At our three clinics we perform X‑ray, ultrasound, bone mineral density and diagnostic mammography.
