Posting Title: Radiologist Industry: Hospital Salary: 3.6LPM to 4LPM Work Experience: 0-1 year Responsibilities: Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging studies including X-ray, Ultrasound, CT Scan, MRI, and Mammography. Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely radiological assessments. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols and quality assurance measures. Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings to support clinical decision-making. Stay updated with advancements in radiological techniques, technology, and best practices. Provide preliminary and final reports on imaging findings with clear, concise, and clinically relevant interpretations. Assist in training and mentoring junior radiology staff and residents when applicable. Requirements: MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Radiology (Diplomate of National Board DNB Radiology or MD Radiology). Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or equivalent regulatory body. Proficiency in interpreting X-ray, Ultrasound, CT Scan, MRI, and Mammography studies. Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) and RIS (Radiology Information Systems). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment with minimal supervision. Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical medical practice. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required. Preferred Qualifications: Completion of a structured residency or internship in radiology. Experience in a hospital-based radiology department or diagnostic imaging center. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is advantageous.
