About the role
As
RAES Operations Manager, you’ll report to the Remote Employment Manager and oversee the delivery of the
Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) across multiple remote communities. You’ll guide on-ground teams, ensure compliance with service standards, and provide strategic support to our community development leadership team.
Your work will directly contribute to better outcomes for First Nations peoples – shaping programs that matter.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop Remote Employment Site Managers across several locations Ensure service delivery meets guidelines and reporting requirements for NIAA and ALPA leadership Manage community-based RAES programs and budgets Collaborate with participants and communities to deliver timely, effective support strategies About You Experienced in Employment Services or Human Services, with relevant qualifications Strong communicator and trusted advisor at senior levels Skilled in budget management; experience with federally funded programs is a plus Committed to maintaining a robust WHS framework Ethical, culturally respectful, and passionate about remote service delivery Why Join ALPA?
