Parsons is anticipating the need for a Rail Program Handover & Commissioning Manager to join our team and support a complex infrastructure project in Dublin.
In this role, you will lead the seamless transition of construction projects from delivery to operational readiness, ensuring assets are completed, commissioned, and handed over in line with contractual, regulatory, and client requirements.
