Job Description

A key objective of this role is to oversee the maintenance readiness for rail systems ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.

• Responsibilities include:

1.    Maintain effective asset management strategies that support business objectives.
   
   
   
   •   Key performance indicators (KPIs) such as asset utilization, mean time between failures (MTBF), and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) will be tracked and improved continuously.
   
   
   •   Develop appropriate documentation processes for ongoing training programs with regular evaluations and assessments to ensure continuous improvement in quality standards.
